Hi,

Is there a way to programme a DJI Phantom 4 Pro to fly autonomously without GPS and waypoints, just fly based on its SDK?

If I understand the question properly, the answer would be no.
To fly autonomously, you would have to tell the drone where to fly to and GPS is the only way that the Phantom would be able to fly to wherever you want it to.
