Aspect ratios

Hi gang –
Just ordered the 5.5 crystal sky. It states that the aspect ratio is 16:9. I should primarily still photos and the aspect ratio I have chosen is 3:2. How will what I see on the crystal sky correspond with what I will get as an actual image? If I see more on the screen than I get in my picture, how can I compose it properly? Thanks for any and all answers!

I would expect that you'll see whatever you choose in your settings with a little black space to the left and right for 3:2
