Ascent speed ?

Does the ascent speed get reduced if the battery is not fully charged when starting a flight? I usually get about 11 mph tops when ascending on a fully charged battery. Last night I took off with about a 70% battery and the fastest I could ascend was 6.5 mph. Normal? Thanks.

It will when the battery is low and you're ascending at full throttle. You'll see a "propulsion output limited" message in DJI GO if that happens.
