As a newby, whats safest, CE or FCC and why

OK, so I've managed to change to FCC on my controller but what is the real difference ?
Which is easier to fly with ?
which is safer ?

My M.O is to film above cars as they pass and turn the drone to capture the footage as cars drive past on the track.
I don't really need to go massively high but I am sure from time to time I may mess about with it.

I don't see much difference, but the slightly more powerful signal might reduce the chance of suddenly losing connection near a tree or something.
But if this encourages risky almost out of view flying then :?

Why wouldn't you use FCC mode ? You have it if you need it. Do you have a governor on your car ?

CE versus FCC mode just refers to the power output of the transmitter. The European CE mode limits power output, thus decreases range. The American FCC mode offers higher power output, thus longer range. It isn't an instance of "safety," rather an issue of control range. There is no reason to fly your Vision+ in CE mode unless you want to limit your control range.
