The article talked more about gun shot detection than UAV's. Why waste $500,000 doing a study for detecting gun shots when it is being used in other cities like mine successfully. Here it is known as "Shot Spotter" and detects gun shots and their location. I imagine law enforcement UAV's are not far down the pipeline.

it has to be approve by deblasio... which means it will never be approved.

Idiot takes away stop and frisk and all of a sudden, crime is up in those neighborhoods. What a shock!
