Apps (or sdk) for recording altitude

Morning all, I just sold my P3 and will probably be going for the same but the advanced (I want the longer range). The standard 4k is on sale, the controller looks different but think it still does the short range.

Anyway, I am wondering if there are any apps that will record the active altitude and direction during flight? I played a bit with dashware but to get the logs, convert, then have to merge the flight records with the video, was quite cumbersome, and the compass widget never worked.

I looked at the Litchi app which has some nice features but don't see that, and just figured I would ask that as the video's I will be using must show direction and altitude on the videos.

Thanks, see a bunch of options, nothing to that, but did contact them to see if they offer something like that.
