App won't show screen to connect to internet yet requires sign in

My Screen for controller + screen requires me to sign in to the account.but i am not even asked or show the connect to wifi screen.
how do u expect me to sign in without allowing me to connect

For anyone else with this problem -- you can swipe down from the top of the screen to connect to a Wi-Fi network.
