App not conected

I have bought a new phantom 4, and first I had a incompatible device. So I bought a new Samsung galaxy s6. But again the same thing happens!

I have enabled usb debugging
Flight mode enabled
And in the developer options I have mtp selected

Can anyone help me? I watched hundreds videos on YouTube! I tried everything but can't fix it

It says disconnected and don't recognise the drone

You need to be able to go on line, so the phone needs to be ready for that. The drone and controller need to be turned on, then link the controller to the phone.
Of course you must have first installed DJI Go or DJI Go 4, before you do this.
It should come up asking if it should be linked to the software on hookup, I chose to do that.
Then it will fire up Go 4 and it should then ask you to log in to DJI. I cant be sure whether it will connect until you log in, but it is possible.
You can log in prior to all this, in the Go 4 app, then it will be ready for the link.
