IMHO they are not worth the cost or effort for the slight increase in performance.

I agree they look intriguing, but the question I have is whether they really are all that much more efficient. $235 for a minimal thrust/efficiency increase may not be cost effective. I'll stay tuned for someone to post some results.

I was looking at these as well. From the reports I read, you get about 1-2 extra minutes in the air.

eesh... video says loss of 20% flying time... he did his on a p1, though. I dunno... I feel like if I blew out a motor, I would go with these, since they are available via Prime shipping (next day delivery), whereas the DJI motors seem to take 3-5 weeks from most places. Otherwise, I'll stick with my stock DJIs.

I think it's all down to the flying style as T-motors are more powerful and if you're using that increased power the battery will run out faster.

Watched the videos... same story I heard all over the forums when they first came out... A lot of money for motors... not a lot of increase in performance or battery life... but they're white so that's a good match for the Phantom "look" :|
