Any known issues with high altitude take off?

Will be attempting to fly PS3 today from a starting altitude of 7000 feet. Anyone know of any issues with high altitude droning?

Watch your battery status carefully. The props are less efficient the higher you go and I notice a big difference between the house (6000') and a mountain pass overlook I parked at just shy of (9000'). I think the motors have to work much harder at altitude and it really runs down the batteries.
