Over the weekend, I was frustrated by driving 30 minutes all the way to a wide open baseball field early in the morning, another 10 mins to set up everything but GPS signal was less than 5 after waiting another 20 mins. Drove to another soccer field 20 minutes away but GPS signal was jumping between 5 to 6, never more than 6.... what a bad day to start with.
Just wondering if I can get the status of GPS signal in my destination, in advance without wasting my driving time or some simple and cheap devise to detect the GPS upon arrival before setting up everything ?
