I just ordered the Antenna from Ebay, shipping from China.
Costs me US$4.20.
I am not sure whether this will help or just some plain plastic/metal.
Anybody knows about this thing.

I suspect that you mean what is commonly referred to as a 'Windsurfer' here. Do a search on that word and you'll find lots of threads such as this one:-
