Seriously, though. I do some work for the online user forum for Ego lawn care equipment, which is a four-year-old Chinese company that makes battery-powered tools. People there would get fired if they pulled this kind of crap and called it customer support.
In fact, I had one of their batteries go bad on me. They had a replacement, new in the box, to me in four days.
I seriously hope I never have to deal with DJI's customer support.
