Android 5.1.1 issues?

My Nexus 7 (2013) just said it had downloaded the Android 5.1.1 update. Is it safe to load?

With all the "firmware" screw ups, and the last DJI firmware "update" screwed me sideways (and toilet bowl) ...I'm scared to death to update anything and swallow another poison pill.

Any issues with Android 5.1.1?
