Yes, the mount on the gopro case fits on it. You may want to buy a different mount to smooth it out a bit, but you can use the one that comes with the gopro.

The FC40 is a Phantom 1.1.1. So all accessories will fit.

I was thinking about getting a gopro mount and using the fc40 as a dash cam.

you will have to trim some off of the fc40 frame to fit on a go pro mount
