Hi,

Been reading through all the posts over the last few weeks and am about to push the button on a vision. The only thing still holding me back is the lack of a good gimbal as standard. I have seen fairly good results from using software image stabilisation but wanted to have a play with a raw clip before I buy.

What I am after is a short clip (1 or 2 minutes) in 1080p that I can download to play with. I downloaded a few videos from Youtube but could only save as 720p for some reason. The results were okay, but would really like to have a raw clip without any other processing applied by Youtube or editing software. Does anyone know where I can find such a clip or could someone upload one for me to play with?

I am only buying for fun and to take photos and videos on my travels and am by no means expecting pro results, so I am sure I will be happy with the vision regardless.

Many thanks in advance.

Sorry all my videos on my YouTube account are already stabilized. Hopefully someone
can post a couple for you. I can post some that were stabilized by YouTube if you like.

Here's a one minute 1080p 30 fps clip that's fairly representative of the shaking you'll see with the P2V:

It's not as windy as the flags would make it seem - maybe an 8-10 MPH breeze. That's fine for safe flying but it should give you plenty of camera movement to test your stabilizer on...

That's more a testament to a lack of flying skill if the wind was
as light as you say it was.

ATTI and smooth inputs would have resulted in much more stable video. Especially when you consider the PV2 is able to stabilize on the tilt access.

Totally agree, ATTI and smooth inputs produces good results..

Many thanks that worked great. Will have a play with it later.
