About the video feed on iphone

Ok got a chance fly my bird today for few hours notice that the video feed on the phone is like big delay any way to fix this I would not mind like 3 seconds or so but big delay not good


I'm sure a lot already know in new to this and got my bird a week ago

Btw this was when I was recording in the air

The more apps running in the background the more the delay. Newer iPhones have less delay, older ones I've found have larger delays.

In the "Settings" section of the DJI Vision app, set the camera "Preview Quality" setting to something less than 640x480 30fps. If the setting below that one gives you same the results, then try the next one.

Ok thanks guys I think I already have it on the lowest and I have a iphone 4 I'm using what is a cheap bigger screen alternative like a tablet no pad since it's expensive

And is there a way to mod for faster more real time view
Maybe even screen like they have on the only phantoms with the go pro
Can that be done on the new phantom stock camera

The iPhone 4 processor is a little slow for the app. I had a 5 and now have a 6 and there are no issues with either of those.

I also use an iPad 2 with no problems. There are plenty of second hand tablets available if you want to go down that route.
