You should store P3 batteries between 40 and 60%. They will drain slowly over time, so it is a good idea to check them periodically and boost the charge back up to the 40-60% range if necessary.

Too high IMO......but the percentages will vary from battery to battery. 25-35% is a better number. But again, percentages are really just approximations unless you know the actual storage voltage values not depending on lights, calculations or approximation methods.
