Hello is there a way to fit a 5000Mah on the battery bay of a Phantom V.1.1.1 or no? just outside? anyone? Or should I Attach 2 batterys outside of the phantom. Im asking this because now Im using a 2200Mah and it just give me 4 minutes with:

Tarot Gimbal with Gopro, FPV TS-351 5.8G 200mw AV Video fpv TX Transmitter TS351 + Props Guards + Fiber Carbon landing gear.

Best Regards.

I've never seen a battery bigger than 2800mAh that will fit in the P1 internal bay, but there's several in 2700-2800mAh range that will work. I don't know what CF landing gear you have (or more importantly their weight), but with stock landing gear and no prop guards, even with all the other gear you have, you could get upwards of 8 min from one of those batts.

If you're still using the 8" stock props that came with your P1, using the P2 props can push that to 10 or a little more.

Now, if you swap to a P2 shell, you could fit as large as a 5400mAh batt inside.

OK, I just ordered this 9 inch props and this is how my phantom looks now, im using landing gear that also comes on each side the space to put some battery. What do you think.

Understood. I would suggest trying the new props along with just one 2700-2800mAh battery and see what you end up with for flight time...then decide if you want to try to carry two batteries. I'm not fond of mounting two batteries out on the sides like that, when I tried that it had a significant negative impact on handling and performance.

By the way, the propguards you have on there now won't work with the new P2 props, but you'll find you get even more flight time without them (probably an extra minute or more).
