Hi all,
I have a couple quick queries hopefully someone may be able to answer for me.
When I import my 4k footage into Final Cut Pro it looks really good - nice and sharp.
If I drop that 4k footage into a 1080 timeline 2 things happen -
A) it becomes very soft - not sharp at all and
B) it doesn't even fill the 1080 frame. Meaning - there is black bars top and bottom of the video as it is not filling up the frame. I am having to manually zoom in on the footage to fill the frame. Given 4k footage is much larger than 1080 why would this be happening??
Many thanks.
