I've had a controller replaced from DJI. When lashing the controller to the Phantom the 4 arm lights are constant red and won't respond to the controller. The controller thinks its connected after I did the usual pen in the hole sequence. The DJI manual says critical error. Any ideas?

Hello & welcome. When you try to connect using the go app it shows as connected? Your getting the blue light then a beep on the TX when you start the process?

Hello. The app is not connected but the controller light is green so it thinks its connected. The UAV seems to do its normal start up but then does all red.

The front lights are always red unless you turn them off. Try to bind the new controller again.
It will be red if there are other issues such as bad gps/ imu/compass readings. This can happen indoors. Take it outside on grass where its free of interference. The Phantom should blink yellow to tell you that the controller is off. It will be blink yellow and green once GPS is acquired. If you turn on your controller and it blinks all green then controller is bound and you have enough sats to fly.
