4 bleeps after initialisation

Hi guys,
apologies if this has already been covered.
With the Phantom 2 Assistant Software v1.08, I've updated the everything with the quad connected.
I've noticed, however, that every time i power up the Phantom now, i get the initial ESC boot bleeps, followed by 4 red LED bleeps.
It still flies perfectly, but i'm not sure what these now mean.
Any help would be really appreciated

I'm having the exact same problem. Calibrated with Phantom Assistant, now I'm getting the beeps and flashes after the startup tones. Anyone know what's going on?

I just purchased a brand new Phantom 2 from dji ..... i get the 4 beeps after initialisation just without upgrating anything .. out of the box .. so i guess is not a problem ... but also want to know what it is ?

I have the 4 beeps also, before and after updating anything, I assumed that was normal.

I don't remember it doing that before the updates. It doesn't appear to affect the performance, so I guess it'll be a case of living with it

This is normal and what I believe you are hearing are the ESC's - see the DJI tutorial video around the 1:30 mark:
