360 Pano Question

Is it possible to make a 360 pano by circling around and object, say a statue? I've done a bunch of pano's the last few days using the Litchi App and they work great using PTGui. But instead of getting what is around the camera and want to be able to fly around an object. My neighbor has some very cool large statues left over from a mansion which was built many years ago
