30fps render looks smoother when shot in 30fps instead of 60fps? Really?

I shot a video in 60fps and one in 30fps within 20 minutes of each other so same scene, same lighting same settings except the frame rate. For Real Estate video, I think the "cinematic look" with the motion blur at 24fps is not good. You want good detail in the video. This video is trying to convey visual information, not entertain people in a movie theater.

What I found though (I use Davinci Resolve) is that even a very slow fly by, when I render a 60fps video in 30fps there is a very slight, but easily perceptible jerkiness to the video as opposed to the video that was shot in 30fps natively. This makes no sense to me. Davinci Resolve is highly capable.

Anyone else seen this issue? I'm wondering if I messed up on the render settings somehow but before I go on a Wild Goose Chase wanted to see if this is a common issue that others have seen?

Shooting with a P3 at 1080p.

The less manipulating of the video the better. If you need the final video to be 30 fps, shoot it at that rate with a high shutter speed.
