2nd hand p3. Need to change the birds name

Lads a mate of mine has bought a 2nd hand p3 and is wondering
is there any way to change the name? It is showing up
with the previous owners name in his flight logs?
I remember reading it ages ago. Anyone know?

He may need to get the previous owner to unregister it from his DJI account. That would be the logical thing at a guess.

I asked DJI and of you have the original receipt then you can chat with DJI. You can only change the name but not the registration email.
