I just want to give credit where credit is due, it does seem like DJI is really stepping it up on the customer service front. I had only 2 hours of flight time and no crashes on my new P3A before one of the motors pooped out. I shipped it out 9 days ago and it was repaired free of charge and already back. Good work DJI, and thanks for making that frustrating situation so painless!
 
I agree. While it seemed DJI was having problems in this area several months ago - monitoring threads over the past six months has indicated that DJI has improved customer service and repair times dramatically.
