transmitter doesn't turn on

Hi guys, Has anyone ever experienced the transmitter not Switching on? Only the four white lights turn on and the one the indicates connection to aircraft doesn't. Or the four white lights turn on and the one that indicates connection to aircraft remains red and a beep sound alarms. A minute...
