squeal

All the posts here regarding a whistle or squeal sound from the P4P concern a motor or prop issue. My brand new aircraft emits a high pitched whistle shortly after booting up and continues as long as it is powered on. It's not a motor or prop issue. Is this normal? Thanks for your time. Dan
