Just opened box, Getting Red,Yellow, and Green light. Says obstruction.

Just opened box, Getting Red,Yellow, and Green light. Says obstruction. updated the firmware as well, didn't change anything

Stuck in Turning On and Self Diagnostics

When starting up my P3P, it gets stuck in the Turning on and Self Diagnostics. There are Red, Green and Yellow lights flashing and all 3 colours keep flashing....it never moves on. I have reloaded the firmware on the P3P and the report says that the new firmware was the same as already on the...
