phantom gimbal antenna wire plug

Hi lads, I just repaired my drone after a crash. I bought new wires that connect with the gimbal but im having issues. the black and gray wire can't connect to the plugs. Does somebody have tips or ideas how I can connect the wires? = one more small thing : I lost my charger to charge my...
