phantom 4 micro sd card

P4 will not accept Micro SD card unless upside down

My P4 just out of the box will not accept the micro SD card unless the card print side is facing down. I have an Inspire and 2 P3P's and fly daily shooting for a living......so I'm not crazy. When inserting print side up (like normal), the SD wants to turn sideways and not easily go in without...
