phantom 3 standard parabolic antenna over 3kms!

Hi guys, I have put an argtek range extender on my phantom 3 standard, i was getting about 1.8 kms until rth kicked in, so I thought I'd make a parabolic antenna (windsurfer) now I get just over 3 kilometres until rth kicks in! See attached photo Has anybody else achieved this type of distance...
