[RESOLVED] P4P firmware update causes no signal and other problems

Hi all, I'm new here, and just wanted to pass on some information on a problem I've had with my new Phantom 4 Pro+ and how it was ultimately resolved. When I unboxed it, the app prompted me to update the firmware. I obliged. Oops! The first problem was that the DJI Go 4 app kept crashing...
