No video. but full strength on wifi/control

Hi there Been having this problem for a while now can someone advise me what to check. I am using P3P v1.6.0040 with latest DJI GO on ipad mini 2. I frequently lose my video even when at a few metres from drone. it will be good for 3 mins. no video for 1 min, and repeat. as in title full 5 bars...
