motor screws

Hi I’m after reinforceing my phantom 3 standard frame from the inside after finding stress cracks that was fine but when I tried to put the motor screws back in I noticed that they all tightened at different levels I never paid attention to it when I was un screwing the screws so I’m wondering...

I looked around the web before coming here, but couldn't find clear answers: What size tool is needed to remove the four motor screws on a Phantom 3 with the new motors? What size tool is need to remove the arm screws on a Phantom 3? Is there a toolkit with these items in it? Thanks!
