facebook youtube streaming

I need to live stream an event but have not done this on Facebook or YT before. I have a P4P with an ipad mini4. I will be out in the country using the cell connection but I expect to have decent upload speeds anyway. I would obviously like the best quality I can get. Any suggestions on...
