    Phantom 4 charger issues

    New to drones! My phantom 4 OEM charger will charge my controller but not any batteries. Seen there is no connect to battery. Batteries are fine. Two full, one empty, no react to charger connect! Anyone have a idea on this situation?

    Battery Issue: LED #1 blinks 16 times, stops for 7 seconds and repeats
