battery low sistem error

Hi everyone, I m trying to fly phantom 2 vision plus but after just a few seconds I get the critically low battery messagge followed by the system error message even if batteries are fully charged. The battery's life is on 96 % Any clues about the reasons why it s happening? any advises...
