Are you really that bent out of shape for something so trivial? They likely made an honest mistake, gave you the item FREE and you're still complaining. Some people just can't be pleased.

The general consensus that always seems to be the answer is the iPad mini 4.

Luckily I've only had people interested in the drone and what it can do in my 6 hours of flight time. I would've lost my [EXPLETIVE REMOVED] on that guy, you gave him way more info than i would have.

Why take the risk? At 100 bucks a pop per battery id personally rather spend a little bit more for cleaner power just to be on the safe side. Square wave = more distortion = less efficiency = shorter life. Plus if you're going to buy an inverter, might as well buy one you can use for many...

Also if you're going to do an inverter, pay a little more and get a pure sine wave inverter. Much cleaner power than a cheapy one and more directed for sensitive electronics.

Not sure if it's been said yet but you could do a 12v jumper box. They usually have a cig lighter port and are semi portable
