Got them today, plugged them in and glad to report that they are compatible with latest firmware, will report when I get a chance to use them.

took one of those cheap plastic lens cover, dremel the center out. Cut out the ND4 film I bought from ebay and fixed it to the lens over!

you will need to remove the rails in the battery compartment, and use a carving pen to widen the opening of the battery bay.
it does fit!!!

Took the maiden flight out today - some initial observations
The sunnysky motors run very smooth, fairly similar to the original dji motors. The controls are ok with my gains setting, so far good for AP flight.
The DYS smart gimbal with the gopro runs surprising well, got it cheap on the forum...
gemfan does have the 9443 props that is compatible with the sunnysky motors - i am deciding if i should get them!
...the props came in today but didnt have time to fly the phantom today.
realised the vibration from the motors were from poorly mount motors - they were nice and smooth after some...

the multistar 3000mah 3s lipo is a direct fit for the phantom

what are the size of the battery bay? how would you be hooding up the antenna?
