Tahoe thanks -- it worked. I reached out to your chat site and got a prompt response telling me the same thing. I was up and running in minutes. Looks like the 24/7 support works!

I got to fly my new P3P two times and it performed flawlessly. Now when I power up I get a IMU Error -- please recalibrate. Could not find anything in user's guide. I have tried compass calibration several times. Any one know how to calibrate the IMU? Thanks -- need to fly before sunset!

We tried --- We canceled our order with you through Amazon (P3A) after we sent three inquiries via Amazon and your web site in the last few days about changing our order to a P3P direct -- however we never got any answer. I know your're busy but a reply and we would kept our order with you guys...

Does this include UAV-Outlet which sells through Amazon? We have an order in for an Advanced with extra battery with UAV-Outlet via Amazon and it still showing May 8 shipping. Wonder if we should cancel and buy a Professional from a dealer direct.
