    I did the install. Mine came with two extra screws in each bag just in case you dropped a few during the process of changing them over. The old ones (screws)and new ones were also a differant size. They were very close but differant in size. Here's the old mounts to compaired to the new

    Out of the Box the battery is dead

    I had a dud battery in my new Phantom 4 right out of the box. Not a light on it. Returned it and the replacement had about 50% in it which was great. My buddy had a battery bad out of the box as well. It's common.

    Holy smoke MB sure gets cold. I was flying last night here in NL, Canada at -19C. Phantom 4 worked flawlessly.
