Netboy, Its true.... drone laws are extremely strict in the middle east but u will be ok carrying your drone on the plane with you. Just visit the airlines website that u will be flying and print out their requirements for safe transport of the batteries. Once u arrive at the airport... stay...

There is a lot to see here in Kuwait.... especially from the air. If you can, put the city in your rear view and take to the desert.... it's surprisingly beautiful and not so full of people.

I keep my drone in the air all over Kuwait.... I'm anti-people and stay away from them as much as possible. As long as you keep it respectful you will be ok...
