DJI-Wind-1 by wdejager posted Aug 21, 2016 at 2:39 PM
Details have surfaced on DJI's new drone, the Wind 1, which is supposedly capable of flying in bad weather (such as high winds and rain). Payloads should be swappable instantly.
Go check it out on Dronewatch (in Dutch, but Google Translate...
Hi guys,
I've been shooting some great footage on the island of Madeira (Portugal) lately. I just had to add the Jurassic Park soundtrack to the video. Have a look at the video to see why ;)
Shot with the DJI P3P with a PolarPro polarizer filter. Edited in iMovie.
Enjoy!

Yes, those black bars are part of the steering mechanism. Very clever stuff indeed. Just one of these windmills were capable of lifting the water 1.35 meter up.
Last week I have been experimenting with creating 3D models of a building, using photos made with my Phantom 3 Professional in POI intelligent flight mode and a piece of software called Agisoft PhotoScan. I decided to experiment on a traditional Dutch windmill ('Bovenmolen Nieuwe...
Last week, I launched the campaign 'Vlieg je drone veilig', literally translated 'fly your drone safely'. It's the Dutch equivalent of the FAA's 'know before you fly' campaign, but in this case the campaign is a private initiative, not government funded. The problem is that in the Netherlands...
It's already a couple of months ago that I visited the island of Lesvos, in Greece. I took my then brand new Phantom 3 Professional with me to create a couple of shots. Back home I compiled a short video that contains the highlights of this trip. The editing was done with iMovie on a Mac.
Hello,
My name is Wiebe de Jager and I'm a member of this forum for quite some time now. I was wondering whether there are any English language publishers around here: I have written a book (in Dutch) about drone photography, and I'm looking for an international publisher that is interested in...

If you're living in NL or BE you can even win a brand...
Hi,
Last weekend, I did some first flights with my new Phantom 3 Professional. I managed to capture some great footage of a local city park in The Hague, the Westbroekpark. See for yourself:
I liked the responsive flying behaviour of the P3P. However I noticed that corrective steering...
The Keukenhof in the Netherlands is perhaps the most beautiful spring garden in the world. More than seven million tulips, daffodils and hyacinths fill over 32 hectares with color and fragrance. Each year the park attracts more than 800,000 tourists from all over the world.
This unique aerial...
Hi guys,
I have been flying my Phantom 2 Vision+ for nearly a year now. Ik took the drone out for flights in my home country the Netherlands, but also made some aerial shots in England, Ireland and Germany. After watching this compilation video I decided to also create a 'One year of drone...
