Oh yeah. I had a problem three years ago when my P4 flipped at 300 feet and power dived into the ground. It was 'pilot error' and 'hard landing'.. Their "customer service" is the worst I have ever encountered, even Amazon and AT&T. I will never send anything to them even if under warranty!

DJI denied my same issue two years ago. They said it was pilot error and hard landing. Hope they treat you differently but I'll never send anything to DJI again even if under warranty!!

It is very easy if you abandon DJI GO 4 and switch to Litchi. In Litchi it is called a Waypoint Mission and very easy and fun. Good luck, Jim WA5TEF

Too bad DJI is a Communist China attachment. That might explain why they don't consider good customer service necessary. As the "boycott China" movement grows DJI will suffer even though they make the best drones. I'll never buy another DJI product after all that has been exposed about China.

Best thing to try is Litchi! Great features and best Waypoint flights. Flown it for 3 years with no problems, no required updates, etc. Good luck, Jim WA5TEF

I buy all my drone stuff from Amazon. Don't remember the price but a lot less than $70.00. Make sure they are DJI as all I've tried have been perfectly balanced while others have not. I hate to buy anything more that is Chinese made but those props would be an exception. Good luck, Jim WA5TEF

You can tune the reflector by pointing it briefly at the sun Bend and adjust it until the brightest trace is exactly hitting the antenna. This positioning is critical but they work great. Amazon has several models for about twelve bucks. Good luck, Jim WA5TEF

On my v 2.0 I can run Litchi on iPad with full video and fly with either the Litchie device or DJI goggles. I do not have the HDMI module either, use USB on the iPad and wireless to the goggles. Good luck, Jim WA5TEF
