I'm a new drone owner. Late in 2022 I was given a DJI Phantom 1, P330. Someone had found it in a tree and it made its way to me through several intermediate owners.

The drone had a burnt out battery. Because it was found in a tree, I did not receive any of the other necessities. No remote, no battery charger, no camera, or gimbal.

I bought a DJI DJ6 controller online and a BC 20-4 Balance Charger. It came with one battery. The charger was blown. It looked like someone had crossed the polarity and burnt the filament on the circuit board. After applying some solder, the charger is now working.

I'm struggling to get the drone and the controller to pair. I'll be asking for some help with this from the Forum community.

I'm looking forward to getting this operational and have my first taste of drone flying!
