    i had 384 strong interference messages on an 18 minute flight. this was at a forest preserve, open field. never happened before the new firmware / app update. epic fail.

    Hello, I had a slight crash, into a tree at about 20' up. The Phantom 3 fell and flipped upside down, on the props. I expected the worst as I approached, not to mention thorn bushes surrounding it. I was suprised that I lost only 1 prop, carbon fiber as it be .. I replaced the broken prop...

    I had just received this for Christmas and due to the DJI "server reconfiguration" I couldn't check what firmware version it was. I imagine, as others have stated, it was like 1.5. I now have the latest.

    Connect your phone to your computer, open iTunes. Then in iTunes, manage your iPhone. Go to Apps, scroll down to file sharing apps, then choose the DJI app, on the right hand side, choose flight records, scroll down some more and choose, save to. Save it on your computer.

    I live in an urban area. I will try out another forest preserve next weekend. I wasn't getting those messages like that before as I've flown those areas prior to updating to the latest firmware. Thanks for the reply man.

    Oh no way, you can go over 400' up? I know the phantom can do it, but I always thought the DJI app prevented you from going higher than 400', per the FAA? There's no automatic restrictions on that if you use the DJI app in the USA?
