    Andy, separate issue to my question. My issue is that when I plug my phantom in to the software under advanced the gimle tab disappears. When I spoke to dji they said it was a defect. Anyone else have this issue?

    Bent gimble arm out of the box

    The arm is not straight up and down, tilted a bit. Would the camera compensate and level out even if the arm is not perfectly straight? Or does the arm need to be straight, it appears footage is not level.

    On the sticker on the bottom of the phantom what is the model number of your vision plus? Is it pv331? Also does your serial number start with PH? My serial number does not match the one on my box. I saw this thread for phantom visions but not for vision plus's.
