Hello, neither the Android have the same issue. So at this time the only way is to send to reseller for repair or replacement.

So, should be a problem with HW revision like mine that it's new box with iOS Vision App. I'm happy to know if with Android mine works or not, in case working I'll debug iOS but at this time I'vent any good starting point.
