My neighbor did fly his drone, but we did not see any signs of it. And it does look like it was trying to get to waypoint 2 (it was headed in that direction), but it was at 65 feet when last spotted, and there are 100 ft. trees between P1 and P2 (both waypoints were recorded at 150 ft.). But...

I agree with what you are saying, and have spent a fair bit of time along that red line you proposed. I will expand my search given the margin of error you indicated. Thinking "out loud": Circling back to what you pointed out earlier - if it was still in flight after that last data point, why...
